VIENNA, Va. - It's all about earning tips for restaurant workers, and one waitress in Virginia received the tip of a lifetime.
A group of 10 colleagues gathered for lunch at The Virginian Restaurant in Vienna where they surprised their waitress with a $758 tip on a $148 bill. The workers collected the money during the year and gave it to the server they never met until that day.
Epione Kappatos is the recipient of the generous tip.
"I was so shocked and nervous I couldn't even count it at first," Kappatos said.
Chris Green started the tip giving tradition and calls it the Tip Bomb . Green also created a website, tipbomb.com to spread the word.
