People: Elin Nordegren Dumping Tiger

People magazine says sources close to Elin Nordegren say she will leave embattled husband Tiger Woods.

"She plans to leave Tiger … She will be out in six months to a year,” said one source.

A second source said, "She's made up her mind. There's nothing to think about: he's never going to change."

Nordegren has met with lawyers to negotiate a change to her prenuptial agreement that would compensate her for staying with Woods in the interim.

Moving vans were also spotted at Woods’ mansion outside Orlando on Tuesday.

Nordegren herself was seen at the mansion and in town without her wedding ring.

And TMZ says Nordegren is about to sign her own endorsement deal with Puma, the biggest rival of Woods’ biggest sponsor, Nike.

The news comes as Woods has disappeared from public view as sponsors start to leave him in the wake of his cheating scandal.

The web site Radar Online says, by its count, 14 women have come forth with claims they slept with Woods while he was involved with Nordegren.

On Tuesday, the New York Times reported that one of Woods’ doctors is linked to a drug scandal.

And watchmaker Tag Huer may be the latest sponsor to dump Woods.

Aside from several statements on his Web site, Woods has not talked or has been seen in public since Thanksgiving.
