Princeton Businesses Rebuilding After Storms Roll Through

Omelet Shop Won't Re-open for Several More Weeks

PRINCETON -     Two Mercer County businesses are still re-building after storms ripped through the area last Wednesday night.

The Super 8 Motel and Omelet Spot on Oakvale Road were both damaged. A portion of the motel roof blew off in the high winds and crashed into the restaurant.

Omelet Spot Owner, Tom Hendricks, says the clean up is done. Now they're working to put things back together.

He expects the process to take about 8 weeks.

Hendricks says they'll kick of their re-opening with a special event.

The Motel manager would not discuss a re-opening date.
