NAOMA - New evidence in the case changes the entire story.
The Raleigh County Sheriff's Department says they are no longer looking for anyone else involved a shooting in Naoma Tuesday afternoon.
That's because the teen injured has now admitted accidentally shooting himself. Deputies say they questioned the 17-year-old boy this morning and he told them he was on an ATV near Tranquil Road when his gun jammed and then fired.
He was shot in the shoulder and was flown to the Charleston Area Medical Center for treatment.
Originally the teen reported he was hurt in a drive-by shooting.
He could face charges of filing a false police report or making a false 911 call.
